Post 5 : Changes to my study program

Image
Hi bloggers : I think it's hard for me to talk about the changes I'd make to my study program considering the time and the changes that have taken place during this long time. However, if I try to go back in time and think about my study experience at the university,I would suggest including more courses/subjects related to actual teaching in a classroom from the start instead of the last semester. That way students could understand and know what they are expected to do from the very beginning.About the length of my studies (5 years) is ok in my opinion , just as the facilities of Campus Oriente UC at that time. Perhaps, the only aspect that should've been better was the laboratory that was rather impractical due to its old and poor machinery. What about your experience? Could you tell us about some changes that could be made to your study program/ the subjects you have to study? What about your faculty facilities, technology, teaching methods , etc? Post 4 : Time travel to the past or future

Image
Hi bloggers : Our last post today is about time travelling If I could do it, I'd like to travel to the 60's when revolutionary things were arising : women's rights, rock music, contraceptive pills, equal rights to the Blacks, the appearnace of TV, etc. I'd like to go to France or the UK to see those movements in action, but I wouldn't like to stay there for very long, since I think I couldn't tolerate the lack of medicinesand technology, the extreme male chauvinism that existed at that time among other things. What about you? Where would you like to go? Why? What time in the future? Would you like to stay there? Why/Why not? Post 2 : The best holidays ever / The best concert ever

Image
Hello bloggers : How have you been doing? I hope everything 's fine . Well. today we've got 2 topics for you to choose ONE: Your best holidays or the best concert you've been to. It's difficult for me to choose the best holidays because I've had several good ones, but perhaps the one that I most remember was when I was 19 and hitchhiked with a friend to Chiloe for a month. I visited lots of places and met lots of interesting people, but the most important was the experience of getting by on your own. What about you? Write about your best holidays: when it was, where you went, how long it was, who you went with, what activities you did, etc. The second option is to write about the best concert you've ever attended. Talk about when and where it was, what artist you saw, what you know/knew about that artist. Describe the atmosphere you could see during the event, how you felt , why you enjoyed it and include any other memories about it. Rememb

Post 1 : A country you'd like to visit

Image
Ever since I can remember,my only dream in life was traveling, and more traveling. Several years later, I could make my dream partially true: I´ve been to different countries and my experiences have been great. However, there are still many countries I'd love to visit, for instance: Vietnam. It's such a faraway place, with amazing landscapes and admirable people who defeated such a powerful enemy in a long and devastating war. Despite that, they've been able to develop their country to make it an important economy nowadays. They've managed to make a combination of a capitalistic economy and a communist system that is difficult for me to understand. That's why I'd love to see that place. What about you? If you had the chance to travel, what country would you like to go to? Why? What do you know about it? What would you like to do there? Would you like to study/work/live there? Explain.
